I am a healthcare and public-sector strategist focused on helping organizations translate complex policy, operational, and innovation challenges into solutions that work in practice. My work centers on Medicaid and public programs, where success depends on aligning federal guidance, state requirements, delivery systems, and real-world implementation. I am particularly experienced in turning regulatory complexity into actionable strategy, strengthening program integrity, and designing initiatives that improve access, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

My perspective is informed by hands-on leadership across managed care, government programs, and healthcare organizations, as well as ongoing analysis of CMS guidance, state policy signals, AI governance expectations, retail health access models, and operational realities facing plans, states, and vendors. I am known for connecting policy intent to execution pathways and helping stakeholders align incentives so initiatives succeed beyond pilot stages.
